「Food and rooms can be better」

「Property was clean, well maintained. Service was good. Only area of improvement is food - the breakfast could have been better, not just the variety but even the taste was just average.」

「Pathetic way to handle customers. Amusement and Water park charges, way of handling customers and hospitality expecially at the reception was pathetic. Untrained recption staff, unconventional resaoning and overpriced speciall for kids. Need loads of improvements. 」

「Fantastic property. So peaceful and the food is magnificent. Nagpal’s has just opened on the ground floor of the hotel, and the options for vegetarian food are endless. It’s my second visit since October 2025 and I will be staying here again for Diwali in 2026. 」

「Beautiful grand lobby, great dining options, modern spacious rooms but very noisy at night due to club music next door. The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. Breakfast staff very attentive, delicious south indian cuisine and breakfast manager took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed. Front desk manager and housekeeping manager also very attentive to ensure we had a lovely stay. 」

「The room was not clean and I had bugs all over the place. The bathroom towels were smelly and dirty, and it seemed they had kept used towels as they appeared dirty. Parking is on the roadside with stray dogs roaming around. That was on scary ordeal. I was assigned the room on the third floor which was right next to the pickle ball court, on Sunday 9 AM I could barely sleep. Same with lifts they were not clean. Cleanliness is Basic regardless of what hotel it is - which this hotel fails...

「Do not be misled by the pictures. The location and surroundings are unsafe, especially for women travelling alone. The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, and there is hardly any staff support. Even at the reception, the attitude is unwelcoming, which sets the tone for the rest of the stay. This place is definitely not suitable for solo female travellers and can turn into a very uncomfortable experience. This hotel is right in front of the slum. No street lights very unsafe to walk around....
