The Regent provides professional and attentive service to its guests. I was also pleasantly surprised that the hotel did not inform me of my birthday during my stay. The Regent was so attentive to send me a balloon bouquet and a cake for my celebration. I was deeply grateful. I would certainly return to the Regent for my first choice. "

"The hotel is clean. Location is very convenient. Room is spacious, neat and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Toilet is clean and with good supply of hot water. The staff are very good and super helpful. I was able to use the washing machine during my stay. Appreciate the free laundry liquid soap. The lobby is amazing! There are some treadmill and bike for exercising, but didn't use them because I was walking and climbing stairs a lot already during my stay. "

"My experience at the Westin Chongqing Liberation Square was a mixed one. The location is convenient, the staff very friendly, the pool and gym great. However, I was charged for the bed of an extra guest although I had already paid a special fee for an extra guest; our breakfast was inexplicably 50% more expensive in the restaurant than what we had been told at the reception. These might have both been misunderstandings but still dampened our enthusiasm for an otherwise great hotel."
