Perfect Stay

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The highlight was definitely the warm welcome from the receptionist, Nuray. She went above and beyond to make our experience truly special, offering excellent service and helpful tips for local attractions. Her friendly demeanor really set the tone for a wonderful visit. Highly recommend this place!

Great hotel in Shymkent, Kazakhstan

The hotel is centrally located with restaurants, shops and markets nearby. The surrounding area is safe and quiet at night. The room is very clean and its amenities are in very good condition. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel staff speaks English well and is very helpful. This 3-star hotel is better than some 4-star hotels that I stayed in the US and Europe.

A great value

Had a great stay for couple of nights. Spacious room. Helpful staffs always willing to help you. Room rates inc breakfast had everything I need. Did not expect this quality of service and huge room with breakfast. Room has a balcony. Located in the city but not on the main road keeps room very quiet.
