"A localização é ótima porém os quartos que são virados para a rua Bahia dos Golfinhos sofrem muito com barulho. Os quartos são OK, muito tranquilo. Tivemos alguns problemas: Porta tinha uma fresta grande, banheiro alagava, chuveiro deu choque, torneira não fechava e ficava pingando direto. Mas o pior de tudo foi o atendimento péssimo principalmente da recepcionista, fazia pouco caso, grossa e desrespeitosa. Para quem gosta de quarto escuro, não alugue. The hotel is clean, organised and provide great amenities. The restaurants are great, the workers are respectful and respectable. They are professional in all their operation. The people provide a blend of international cuisines with locals. Someone is always ready to assist where there is a need. I love the people. While the service is great at Serhs, when I travel the attitude of the people is everything to me. The workers did not disappoint. They gave the best of the Brazilian culture.
