"Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Heizung ist ein wenig problematisch. Da wir Fachleute dabei hatten und der freundliche Nachbar aus dem Hertehof vorbeikam und mit der Besitzerin telefoniert hat, konnte die Heizung vernünftig eingestellt werden. Jeder Raum ist einzeln ansteuerbar (von der Vermieterin). Da aber diese Steuergeräte mit Batterie betrieben werden und diese leer waren (es lagen schon viele leere Batterien herum), konnte zunächst keine Ansteuerung erfolgen.
