“客房簡潔舒適，服務櫃臺親切，戶外游泳池很小。這飯店是有分吸煙和非吸煙房，還好當初訂房時有註記，朋友沒註記就住到吸煙房，味道就很差。”

“訂房人數為3人卻只給2張餐券，與櫃檯反應卻無解決誠意(23:00 late check-in ,先和櫃檯反應，等了10分鐘後說請我先回房再致電說明，洗完澡後仍未來電，再回到櫃檯重新反應，又等了10分鐘，後來問有沒有晚班經理可以處理，再等10分鐘才跟我說明早07:00再來）。熱水不夠熱，小孩第一晚洗澡洗到發抖。 唯一覺得還不錯的是，最後一天退房後小孩需要換尿布，但一樓大廳沒有尿布檯可以使用，櫃檯人員再開啟房卡讓我帶小孩回原房間換尿布。”

“Worst”

“Its an old hotel and bathroom still use bath tub where you have to stand in it to bath under the shower. Dangerous because its slippery. Typical of most, if not all hotels in Sibu, the wifi is very poor! Wifi sucks. Sibu hotels need to pay more attention into this matter! Its a big problem for travellers sometime looking for good hotel with good wifi connectivity.”

“Bad smell. Clorox ordoor in the room. No Window as promotion”

“The room is small, but comfortable enough to stay. Bathroom is nice, I like it. Table also quite small but it's okay. Hard to find parking space. ”
