「Like most hotels in Sibu, they are a little aged. But I find this small hotel well kept. The best thing I like about it is it has good air conditioning which does not workhave a mind on its own. The impressive water discharge at the shower that is at constant pressure and steady temp the way you want. I am surprise to this at the top floor. However, the loo needs a bit of maintenance for faster clearance. 」

「訂房人數為3人卻只給2張餐券，與櫃檯反應卻無解決誠意(23:00 late check-in ,先和櫃檯反應，等了10分鐘後說請我先回房再致電說明，洗完澡後仍未來電，再回到櫃檯重新反應，又等了10分鐘，後來問有沒有晚班經理可以處理，再等10分鐘才跟我說明早07:00再來）。熱水不夠熱，小孩第一晚洗澡洗到發抖。 唯一覺得還不錯的是，最後一天退房後小孩需要換尿布，但一樓大廳沒有尿布檯可以使用，櫃檯人員再開啟房卡讓我帶小孩回原房間換尿布。」
