「Our apartment was lovely and clean with two good sized balconies overlooking a pleasant garden and adjacent fields. It had really comfortable beds, allowing a good nights sleep despite the heat, which was really appreciated. We had access to the hotel pool which was superb - lovely, big and not overcrowded. I loved the decor and books in the bar area! The owner Antonis and other staff were always available and keen to help with any queries and were so welcoming and friendly (but never imposing...

「Really nice hotel, lots of young couples. Really enjoyed yoga and sound healing」

「Wonderful and charming. About a minute walk into Old Town Corfu. Great breakfast in the courtyard. Staff was very kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Room is clean no kettle or hot water provided. Staff service is no no no. Air conditioning works when window is fully closed」

「Excellent boutique hotel in OldTown of Corfu. Conveniently located close to everything. Hotel is recently renovated with every amenity available. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Parking is a bit congested but with patients it is available within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful.」

「I read that there was no elevator, but your room is on the third floor because the family lives on the lower floors. They were helpful with luggage, but we still lifted our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. The property is located on a one-way street. So, many taxis and Ubers have a difficult time because it takes an extra 5 to 10 minutes to pick you up.」

「Pool area was expansive and relaxing. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. The poolside restaurant had amazing Greek salad, even by Greek standards! Expect to pay a little extra if you want heat or air conditioning, which I found a little unusual.」

「Madelena ‘s shows signs of once being great but it’s way off now. They should close the back rooms so guests don’t see the laundry drying and block off the area under construction. Get rid of all the broken stuff; chairs, lounges, bar stools. Cover the empty pool and get a gardener to prune everything. The 2 staff members we saw seem unsupported and poorly managed. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food but the included breakfast at 8:30 was very late so we left.」

「Location is excellent for visiting almost all sites in the Corfu old town on foot, and the staff is very helpful and friedly.」

「Spacious room and having a pool is the strong points. A little way from town center though public bus frequency is acceptable.」

「Wunderbares Appartement, sehr sauber und modern. Direkt am Meer, wunderschöner Blick von Balkon auf das Meer. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Parkplatz am Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen.」

「Freundliches Personal , gute Hotel Lage . Leider unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer :(」

「Very modern & spacious. Close enough to the main strip, but very quiet at night. There are lots of stairs and no elevator. Was hard to take our luggage to the third floor. Overall very lovely property」
