“There is no way this was a 5 star hotel. Room and the whole hotel needs renovation. Broken furniture, and neglected areas were obvious. The reception and some staff were rude. One staff asked for more tip! The food was less than average, stale and the 24 hour cafeteria was a joke with leftover food. Won't go there again.”

“Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. Only hiccup was being sent to belek city center in the evening which was kind of expensive by cab, and by the time we got there everything was closed with a few exceptions and it felt a little unsafe.
