Fidan Hanım, who was especially helpful when we welcomed , she was very helpful with her quick and helpful solutions for my lost luggage at the bus station. "Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, my request for room with a sunny balcony and high floor was arranged. The room was clean & the bed was huge and comfortable. The pool is clean and I was always able to get a sunbed. Overall I had a great stay and I will be retuning ☺️"
