Carpet was strained in many places. Our neighbor said there were spiders in his bed. We ordered queen bed but upon arrival were told there was only 2 twin beds are available.

We arrived at 23:30 to be met by Gabrielle, who even at that hour, was so welcoming & friendly. The apartment we stayed in was beautifully modernised with everything you need...from a fabulous rainfall shower to a beautiful bedroom with it's own balcony....and free WIFI that actually works! We asked many locals whilst wandering around Piestany where they would recommend for food, the answer was always the same...The Zuckman! We agree, everything we tasted was a pleasure to eat...and as for the freshly squeezed orange juice, my other half drank more OJ than beer (which is a first!) The staff were great, all spoke English and went out of their way to be accommodating. All in all, the Zuckman is an absolute bargain for the luxury. We had a look around a few other hotels that we'd seen advertised on here & were so glad that we chose this one. The rest just look dated in comparison. Add to this that you are situated on the main street with everything you need within a 5 minute leisurely walk & you are on to a winner.

A new hotel which is super modern, clean and with great amenities. The pool is beautiful and very nice. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. We stayed at one of the apartments which was super nice, very comfortable in every way and very clean. The views are very nice as well. The spa is very good as well. We had dinner at the Snowbird restaurant which was good. The hotel is located next to the lifts. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not very helpful or friendly and some not really polite l. They were very uninterested in the guests, and seemed to be bothered by any questions. They didn’t provide any kind of information about the hotel or the area and simply gave us the key to our room at check in. For a hotel at this level and this price one would expect a better costumer service, friendlier and more helpful staff. It’s a shame that such a beautiful and nice hotel does not have a better costumer service. Definitely something that the management needs to address with their front desk staff otherwise they will be losing costumers very quickly.
