「Kein persönlicher Empfang, keine Möglichkeit eine Rechnung auszustellen. Auf die Rechnung am nächsten Tag (morgens sehr früh um 06:15 Uhr) musste ich 20 Minuten warten, da die Dame es nicht hinbekommen hat. Meinen Vorschlag mir eine Rechnung zu schicken, die ich dann überweise damit ich meinen Termin einhalten konnte, wurde auch nicht entsprochen.」
