早餐耍改善，早餐食物令客人失望。大部分素食。新鮮水果亦小。早餐種類亦選擇小。 酒店大堂空調不夠。餐廳空調亦不夠，蒼蠅和蚊子在餐廳內:飛翔，令客人討厭。 客房燈光昏暗，床頭燈照明不足，亦沒有時鐘提供，設備較簡陋，不像4、5星級酒店。

Cozy hotel with friendly and helpful staff
Our check in experience is impressive. We arrived at the hotel a little after 10 AM which was way before the regular check in time. FO Manager immediately attended to us and helped us to arrange the rooms in the shortest possible period of time. We asked for 2 rooms on the same floor as we traveled with our kids and it was duly done. During our wait for the rooms to be ready, the FO Manager gave us a comprehensive introduction of Siem Reap and it was very informative. The hotel lobby has a nice local decor. Facilities like swimming pool and gym are relatively well maintained. The hotel also provide a shuttle bus service to the city/day/night market area 3 times a day.

雖然離熱鬧城區有點距離，不過環境非常舒適安靜慢活門口迎接人員非常熱情親切，櫃檯人員相當貼心，飯店內消費稍高，早餐算是不錯，可以再增加前往城區的免費巴士班次更好，整體來說是一個非常棒的飯店

客房大，舒適整潔。職員友善，特別欣賞酒店聘請了懂普通話和廣東話(名叫KK)的職員以協助旅客，十分貼心。餐廳水平不錯，惟自助早餐的選擇較少！ 酒店有免費機場接送服務。酒店離機場很近(約5分鐘車程)，相對離市中心較遠！雖有穿梭巴士前往，但早上只有一班(9am)，略嫌較少，不太方便。

Remarkable Service!!
Excellent service and friendy help at all dimensions. You can get all visit at Angkor Wat arranged at the hotel for bite more money as compare to outside. But you will never forget the level of services they provided. Besides, hotel has good breakfast, beautiful pool and excellent massage facility after a long day walk..... Hotel to city shopping area is around 5 min (3Km) by tuktuk. Also 5 min to and from airport with free shuttle.

Staff are friendly, room is nice and cozy. About 10 mins tuktuk distance from nightmarket and 15 mins tuktuk to Angkor wat. Not too far but definitely not in walking distance. In sum it's nice experience of staying for relaxing and vacation.

总体还不错
定的房间是机场免费接送，但是提前一天让金边朋友打电话酒店仍然没有派车去接机，只好自己打车去到酒店。不过不得不特别称赞酒店前台接待的Keo Mary ，她的汉语说得很好，跟她讲了没人接机的情况后又马上跟经理反应，最后虽然没有什么经济补偿，但是对酒店立即纠正失误的态度还是很满意，加上酒店的环境条件等各方面都不错，属于是性价比很高的酒店，推荐入住。

員工熱誠殷勤，設施亦齊備，但房間隔音欠佳，鄰房開水喉、說話以致收看電視哪頻道都聽得一清二楚(鄰房並非特別喧嘩，發出的都是正常音量)。早餐繁忙時間服務員人手不足。

這次在這間飯店住宿的經驗反應出該飯店狀況維持的良好，價格合理，飯店也滿新的，唯一不便的周遭環境不是很方便逛街，不過對面有一個文化村可以觀光，也有很多的嘟嘟車，所以這也不是太大的問題。

這次在這間飯店一共住宿了五晚，飯店在硬體設施上提供了星級飯店的水準，早餐的選擇也滿多的，提供的機場接送也滿實用，唯一的缺點是附近沒什麼可以逛的地方，不過只要搭tuk-tuk車就可以去PUB STREET附近逛，所以這點對我不算是問題。

乾淨舒適環境佳，泳池大 服務佳，餐廳菜色不錯，還可打75折，我們幾乎三餐都在此用餐，SPA技術普通，可以折扣。唯第三天下午冷氣空調故障，通知櫃台後服務人員立刻檢查修理，服務態度佳。有迎賓飲料，房間第一天有迎賓水果，但會招小飛蟲入房間，晚上必須關好門窗，否則會有蚊子飛入。 有機會我還是會選擇這家飯店。

The property is far from pub street and all the action. It’s about 5-8 usd for a tuk tuk. There are a lot of tuk tuks around so that isn’t a problem. There is no convenient stores nearby, really no good shopping. The rooms were large and clean, weird balconies as there is a bench built on the balcony, they look into the rooms, so not great if you want a view. Pool was nice, breakfast was adequate. Not much contact with staff, and most of the time you had to look for someone for service at the pool. No outside food or drink around the pool, no beer on tap for $1 usd like was advertised, just bottles for about $3 usd.

very nice hotel, neat and clean, with a nice pool to relax between a visit and another. I have arranged also the temple tour via the hotel and it was spotless like anything else. All personnel is very nice, kind and professional. Only point to improve, in my opinion, is the breakfast. Despite overall more than decent it could be further improved in terms of quality and variety (more fresh fruits, home made options, etc). Highly recommended.
