The most precious part of this hotel is their staff, they are polite, helpful and passionate. We celebrated birthday there, before I arrived I asked the hotel to prepare some decorations(complimentary) in the room before we check in, and it turned out to be a big surprise that they presented a birthday cake and sang birthday song together once we arrived at the lobby felt like friends. We stayed at the residence suite this time, the room is spacious and clean, quiet at night, just a few steps...

Highly recommended hotel 10mins walking to Pub Street and Night Market. Cleaning and warm feeling bedroom. Complimentary breakfast, dinner, massage, take out snack and pick up transfer service. Start with beautiful welcome snack and drink.Delicious dinner made with heart. Wonderful massage. We all enjoy and satisfied to stay this hotel.

My stay at Viroth’s Hotel was superb. The room is clean and spacious with house keeping twice a day. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, we were greeted by wet towel and iced tea everytime when you came back to the hotel, the staff also helped us with natural mosquito spray every time before we went out. We needed help with booking restaurant and asking for details for ceramic class, they have managed to accomplish all our need within such a short time. The breakfast is amazing with a...

Very nice hotel. With pool and spa. 2 minute walk to local night market, 3 minute walk to pub street. Breakfast is buffet western style and Khmer style. Room is big with balcony. My room was facing west and you can watch the sunset right inside your room. Other rooms facing east and you can watch sun rise too. Service was excellent. Free pick up at airport and hotel to airport. Staff accompanied to make sure you're fine on the way to and from airport. They served free cold drinks in the car on...

Amazing end to end experience from airport pickup to airport dropoff. The airport pickup was on time and we were welcomed by a cold towel and a fresh coconut which was refreshing under the hot and humid Cambodia weather. When we arrived the hotel, all the hotel staffs came to welcome us and make us feel home. The room 111 is spacious and well maintained, and we were served with a complementary fruit and cheese plate with a bottle of wine. The entire mansion is like a paradise and you can truly...

Excellent location. Very convenient to pub street

Great travel experience with Treeline Urban Resort. Walking distance to the old market and pub street. Room is very clean and decent and the staffs there are very helpful. U can ask them with all ur questions for the Siem Reap. Overall, we will recommend our friend to stay there again.

It’s a quiet area, and you can take tuk tuk to the Main Street where bars and restaurants are with 1 dollar

Amazing service and very nice staff who try their best to make you feel like home. Swimming pool is great (especially given the heat!)

really nice experience! staffs are friendly and helpful always. Strongly recommend their massages 😍 Must try item 😀

the hotel is located in the city center near the pub street but it is not noisy at night. They provide airport pick up, welcome drink, good breakfast. The room is clean and big. The staff is very polite and say hi to you all the time when they see you. We sat in the lobby to use the laptop to work. The staff provided us the ice water and cold towel. They clean the room very well everyday including the floor. If using the Tuk Tuk service to Angkor Wat, we suggest to ask the staff to arrange it....
