The staff was extremely friendly and gave great recommendations that made the experience amazing. The bedroom is very quaint with the decor, and is spacious and includes AC which was great. Walkable for the entire city and was a great stay.

Posizione meravigliosa! Nella zona più centrale di Siena, in un palazzo antico. La camera era spaziosa e arredata con mobili vecchi/antica, la sensazione è quella di stare ospiti nella casa ricca di una vecchia zia (comprese le parti comuni). Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Bagno basico. Caffè e te a disposizione.

We really enjoyed our stay at this small guesthouse in old Siena! The highlight was the older, antique style property with original furnishings in an incredibly central location. The room was very clean, although we struggled a little with shower pressure. Huge compliments to the staff, who were welcoming and gave us wonderful sightseeing and dining recommendations. I would absolutely recommend this little gem!

Ada was so helpful! She gave us so many recommendations to go see and how to save time & money when visiting touristy areas! The place was very clean. It has been newly restored in recent years but was still charming. About a 30 minute walk from the train station, or 10 minute taxi. I recommend the walk, as you see so many unique parts of the city along the way!

Fantastic location and it was very beautiful in a very old building. The staff was so nice and helpful, I would highly recommend. More of a bed and breakfast than a hotel, but so nice.

Perfect central location in a charming building, centuries old. Room was beautiful and the reception charming. Close to many restaurants and sites within the city. Parking lot was an easy walk, even with our pull along cases. A short drive to Tuscan countryside and wonderful towns. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely stay!! The reception individuals were so nice abd helpful and really went above ans beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Its right in fhr center of everything!! We loved our stay.

As others have mentioned, Ada is very helpful and all staff are friendly. Excellent location. Comfortable bed. I love older, charming hotels, and I look for places with personality, and the photos posted here by the hotel got me excited, but I was disappointed with our dated room. The lighting was depressing, the floors needed a good deep cleaning and maybe an area rug, and the bathroom was functional, but tired. I think the photos posted here by the hotel are from many years ago. There’s no breakfast, btw, which I knew, but why call it a B&B?
