「Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own.」

「If you want somewhere quiet and secluded, this is the place. Not much in local restaurants or bars. So lots of home cooking on a small kitchenette. Steep hills to walk. Views are great and the beach is small but safe, as is the main pool though much smaller than the photos. Helpful staff, special thanks to Angela and Juan and the lovely cleaner whose name I never asked.」

「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「We were advised when we checked in that the elevator was disabled and as our room was two floors up we agreed to hand carry our bags up and then down again the next morning ( no big deal) but when we requested a water, they wanted to charge us 3 Euros for a 25 ml bottle of water.」

「5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. The breakfast was good- the staff were amazing - however - due to the limited amount of guests (14 rooms vacated vs 84) the hotel decided to close the pool bar and play no music!! 「Der Garten ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet, die Betten sehr komfortabel. Man hat viel Ruhe und Platz im Pool. Es war sensationell dort! Absolut empfehlenswert für ruhe- und erholungssuchende. Das Frühstück war extrem lecker und abwechslungsreich...mit Chiasamen, frischem Müsli. Sehr gut alles!」
