"Property was so close to the beach and Siesta Key Village! Clean, lots of extras that you typically have to pay for at other places (beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, cooler). Very cute cottage. Lisa was great, easy to get ahold of! We will be staying there again! "

"We came to siesta key with 5 kids. This house has the best location. Beach and all shopping/dining right next door. I was nervous the house would be noisy to restaurants/bars/foot traffic however that's not the case at all. It's one street over on a quiet street. It is very nice that beach buggy/chairs/bikes included. I gave 4 stars only because it's not a brand new house although everything was very clean. The layout is long, so the one bedroom has a further walk to the hallway bathroom than the others."

"The previous reviews I read about this place were spot on; it’s a great location but there is late night bar and street noise to deal with as you are right on ocean boulevard and atop riptide pizza place and a newer taco restaurant and bar. The Apartment was/is clean and up to date with furniture and fixtures. The Kitchen is well supplied. Big bonus points for providing quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs and large beach umbrella. Parking spot #3 is very tight but manageable if you have a compact."

"This place is an absolute gem. It had everything we need to make the most of our stay. It is steps from the village shops and restaurants and about a block from the beach access point. The home seemed to be recently remodeled and was very clean and organized. House had everything we needed for our beach time. Wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. We cannot wait to return to the Happy Clam. The host was very responsive on all inquiries. We would absolutely recommend the Happy Clam. We had a party of 4 and the house was more than accommodating. "

"Confusing process to check-in because I didnt get the email msg, heated pool was 86° & Perfect! A 2-3 block walk to beach & restaurants, garage had a beach wagon, low chairs, Nicely stocked full kitchen :) "

"The pool was amazing for our kids (and us!). Everything was in walking distance and the property was beautiful, clean, and plenty of space! Only comment is that because of proximity to the bars/restaurants, the early morning trash service can be a little loud, but our little kids are up anyway so wasn’t a big deal for us! We would definitely rent this again. :) "
