「So when I booked this resort through Expedia, the night I arrived to the resort I called the number and was trying to check in. It was a very unorthodox way to check in. Very confusing for my first solo trip and knowing how check out procedures work for a hotel. No one was available in “reception” meaning there was a note hanging on the “office” door. 「The location was good and the idea of it is good but a deep cleaning and some regular maintenance work is much needed. My entire family was congested after the first night, although the air conditioning works, it desperately needs to be cleaned. The bathroom shower head has little water pressure, it was better to shower outside if only there was some privacy. Aside from that the owners were very kind and responsive.」

The reason I gave this property 4 and not a 5 because the bed was very uncomfortable for me. If your not one who can tolerate a firm mattress I’d take that into consideration. 「This was a wonderful hotel and I loved everything about it. The two bed suite we had was wonderful because it had the two beds and a pullout sofa on my other side of a wall so it was very cozy and private. The pool was absolutely beautiful, sat in the middle of the hotel overlooking the downtown area and Marina. It was a very unique pool. I enjoyed it very much.
