This property has been completely redone inside and out! The decor was lovely, bedding and towels were great too. For me, the best part was that it smelled SO CLEAN AND FRESH when we walked in, which is hard to find in this area. Check in was a breeze, the pool was FABULOUS, and I will definitely stay here again!!!

The resort location was perfect, super close to the beach and by a few great restaurants. The pool area was inviting and clean, with a great ice maker. The beach chairs provided were comfortable and in good working condition. The room (117) was very clean and nicely decorated. A few adjustments would make the room excellent: *slope of the shower floor - Basically, the shower was built in the corner of the bathroom and the floor doesn't slope toward the drain. So, every time we took showers, we ended up with a big puddle on the bathroom floor. *black-out shade - The blinds were very nice, but our window was facing the pool, so the light came through the blinds all night. Cute resort with potential to be a great resort!

We had a unit with a separate bedroom. It was lovely. Fridge, coffee, very nice bathroom and shower. Loved the king size bed and the tv worked well. Bring your log ins for access to your streaming accounts.

Beautiful, clean and modern. Close to the beach, 2 min walk. Check-in on app to get a code, no staff onsite. Office is not onsite.

The room was very clean, comfortable and very close to the beach. Our unit was not near the pool so we didn't use that amenity. Check-in was very easy.

The rooms are on the smaller side but who stays in their room for any length of time other than sleeping really. They were updated beautifully and kept clean. The only thing I would suggest is a little bit bigger parking spaces

The room was spotless and clean, had a great vacation with them. 2 minute walk to a private entrance to siesta keys beach. The staff were all very pleasant.

* Desk off site closed at a time not advertised by the website/expedia * Registration page unclear * Mold on bathroom floor 116 * One usb port in whole room 116 * Advertised two king beds but one king and one pull out * Tv didn’t work; no channels or streaming * Couldn’t maintain hot water through one shower after 9 pm. Also short next morning. 116 * 116: bathroom fan was not operational * Room 114 didn’t have hot water for shower at all. Tepid only. * On last night, had to help direct another guest because the office was closed and they didn’t know what to do.
