Beautiful spacious house.

We were 8 people, two of them toddlers and had more than enough room. Huge well equipped kitchen, nice pool area and a lagoon where we had our coffee in the mornings.The closest beach is Turtle beach, about a mile.

Our Siesta Key family vacation surpassed all my expectations, thanks to this outstanding Vrbo property. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, the home provided a cozy and family-friendly environment. With a refreshing pool and a dock overlooking the canal, there were endless opportunities for relaxation and fun. Just a mile away from the Gulf of Mexico beach, we definitely made good use of the convenient access to a stunning shoreline. Communication with the management company was easy and ensured a stress-free stay (great customer service!) Overall, this home offered the perfect combo of comfort and adventure, making it an unforgettable vacation destination. We can't wait to return to this incredible place Siesta Key.

Everything was clean and the amenities are fabulous! The dock was perfect access to launch my paddleboard, and the pool was clean and at the perfect temperature. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and convenient.Small issues: spine backed orb weavers are adorable and were harmless, but the webs all over the lanai and balcony were annoying. I had read reviews about the Air Conditioning and asked about it before I booked and was assured the AC wasn't an issue. It was. The AC does not keep the upstairs cool. It was tolerable with the portable AC, but not comfortable.Overall I had a pleasant stay, but highly recommend the AC issue gets fixed ASAP.

Upstairs air conditioner nit working; had to use portal air conditioners; very loud had to turn down at night in order to sleep..got very hot. Had some sort of bugs in thd house/beds leaving everyone with a ton of welps on them Property coordinator cojld only say sorry no real resolution for the bugs

We gave the property a low rating because we could not use the second floor of the property the entire week, because the air conditioning was not working. The upstairs temperature until much later into the night was between 82 and 84. When we told the property management about it. We were told the owner and maintenance already knew about it, but nothing was done while we were there. We feel there should be some type of compensation for not being able to use half of the property that we rented. We were never informed that the air conditioning did not work before we got there. This being said, the cleanliness and the location of the home we did give a five star review.
