“The location of this property could not be beat! It is directly across from beach access 11, which made day trips to the beach a breeze. This condo is perfect for a solo trip or for a couple looking for a little getaway. The trolley stop is right outside the location so you can hop/off to get around the island. There’s some beach gear available to use: umbrella (bring something to dig a hole in sand) two chairs (but one is broken) and a nice carry cart that turns into a table once you get there.……

“Property was clean and management company is responsive. They called almost every day which was not necessary. Kitchen had most needed items but no cooking oils or spices…a very small amount of salt and pepper was available. Bedroom ceiling fan stopped working but AC was effective. Provided a cooler (no ice packs), grill, beach chairs, and cart. All good. If I were to complain about anything it’s that “private beach access”. It’s fairly nonsense. It’s an extremely narrow wedge of beach, 20’……
