Cute little sport for family

We brought two kiddos and my husband and I. Plenty of room but needs a maintenance person to clean pool. Pool had a lot of dead leaves other then that it was a good stay

Amazing stay!

We stayed in building 6 which had amazing space and private entrence. The bikes allowed us to ride to the beach every morning. Would recommend.

Fantastic spot

This rental was truly everything we wanted and so much more. It was in a quiet part of Siesta Key, while still being close enough to the beaches and downtown area.

Lagoon Comfort

Condo 6 was beautifully located on Heron Lagoon, surrounded by beautiful greenery and just a short walk from Turtle Beach. The condo was clean, well equipped and a great place to remote work. We enjoyed the stay and it was so hard to say good bye.

Comfy pool house on the lake

We had a great time here. Check in was easy and there was a neat computer/tablet on the wall for property and local info. The house was well appointed with an open floor plan. We only used the bed on the ground floor and it was nice and plush. The upstairs balcony has a nice view of Heron Lagoon, and the same can be said of the communal front deck. If you’re super tall, the ceilings are low, but this didn’t affect our short selves. We liked it there and would come back.

Surprise!

Overall we were happy with our accommodations but just a few small changes would make it better. It's called a two bedroom but the second "bedroom" is the living/kitchen. We all missed that in the listing. There were no potholders and the small step leading to the porch on the first floor is a bit of a danger. It need bright paint and tape to warn people. The porch door is broken and hedges need a better trimming. Our electronic host never worked. We called and reported it and were told a tech person was coming but no one showed up. So we missed a lot of information I presume. Also the pool filter didn't work. But great view and nice people renting with us and at the office when I called.

Gorgeous area

It was a beautiful place, very relaxing. Everything stated in the contract was available for use. People around were very nice. The only thing that may have changed our plans a bit was the red tide, however it was still really great. I was also impressed with how clean the house was.

Wonderful Siesta Getaway

Siesta Key is our faborite place to be! Our stay this time was no different. We loved the complex and our unit #6 was great! Had a private outside area to relax and watch & listen to the fish jumping in the water, (wish we had fishing poles), beautiful view of the lagoon from the top deck and friendly neighbors. Free Canoe, kayaks, stand up boards and bicycles were available for us to use as well. We really enjoyed out time relaxing in Siesta Key and would most definitely stay here again next year!!

Excellent escape

Great location just a quick ride to beaches. Enjoyed using the bikes and kayaking! Tranquility of the lake prefect escape. Never got to use the trolley but many people do.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. The property had several things to enjoy for our family. We loved the location. It wasn’t too far from the beach but our boys could still enjoy fishing and the other extras the place had to offer. The pool was nice, although small, it was rare that there was anyone other than our family in it so it worked well. The unit was clean overall. There was a nice grill area set up. I would recommend some hot pads for the kitchen area, we cooked in several days and this made it a little difficult. We had one small issue with the shower head and they came right in the next day and fixed it for us. Very prompt. We would stay again and definitely recommended to others.

Blocked Toilet on first floor. Blocked when we arrived and stayed blocked for three days.

The place was fine but the septic system for the entire complex needed to be fixed or replaced. They finely fixed the toilet but the system smelled outside the unit.

Great location . Clean and loved the laundry facilities . The main level toilet would never flush correctly while we were there . The upstairs needed some repair work - floors felt warped , ceiling cracking / sagging . Super nice updated kitchen and cooking supplies .

Do yourself a favor.... STAY HERE!

We were in unit 6 and in my opinion, it was the best. I loved our 2nd floor deck & the privacy! The lake toys (paddle boards, etc) were so much fun. We were on the lake every day. The location is a short bike ride to a few different beaches. Pool was warm and clean. Kitchen was perfect. Most importantly, the bed was super comfy. We have pretty much nothing but good things to say about this spot. If I HAD to say something, I’d say I wish they had a screen door on the back door so we could let some air in. However, there were many windows so that wasn’t much of an issue. Totally recommend this place! We’d for sure stay here again.
