Great unit location works
Unit is brand new. Had an issue with the door knob, but they fixed it right away. Was afraid the location would be busy but it wasn't and really enjoyed the restaurants!

Perfect Siesta Key Stay Steps from the Village and Beach
We had an amazing stay at this little Siesta Key gem. The 2-bedroom unit was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-designed with a cozy living room, a beautiful bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge convenience. The pool on the property was a great bonus, and the location couldn't be better. Just steps from all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife in the village, and only a short walk to the beach. Everything about this place made our trip easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Siesta Key Beach and Village Rental 5140

Very much enjoyed the accommodations and convenient location. So much was walkable. The interior rehab was nicely done. Overall, a nice place to stay and nicely furnished for guests to enjoy a fun and relaxing time. As the exterior plantings recover it will be like before, a nice private enjoyable convenient accommodation.
Three things we observed were the electric outlet on the wood panel front of the eating bar was not functional, the bathroom exhaust fan did not run but light worked, and the microwave light on underside of cabinet above stovetop did not turn on when MW panel button was pushed. Could not figure out how to turn exterior lights on both front and in back. HVAC and fans worked well and kept us comfortable. Evening spill over parking from entertainment businesses was observed using spaces in front of and behind building. All of this should be simple to troubleshoot and resolve.
