The house is located on Sifnos, one of the most beautiful islands in the Cyclades, in the village of Artemonas—a village with large traditional houses and small, car-free streets.
Buses to any destination on the island depart from Artemonas, approximately 500 meters from the house.
The house is 60 square meters and includes a small shower and toilet. A hot-water shower is also available in the garden.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

From the courtyard, climb three steps to the garden terrace. Stone doors with cushions and a dining set fully equipped for 6 people.
Rosemary, apricot trees, a pergola with grapevines, and a pomegranate tree make up the garden’s vegetation.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are perfect for the garden terrace. From there, a stone staircase leads up to the house’s rooftop terrace, offering a panoramic view of the island’s highest peak, where the Church of Prophet Elias stands, and a beautiful sunset.
The house is very airy and cool, since, as a house dating back to the early 20th century, the walls are 60 centimeters thick, which keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
For your information, the house also has central heating, so tenants can visit in the spring and fall—and even in the winter!
