「I booked a stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sighisoara - Cavaler through Expedia. Upon arrival, the receptionist clearly told us that we did not have a reservation and that the hotel was fully booked. Showing her the booking confirmation from Expedia did not change her position.
After some discussion with the receptionist — who was not helpful at all — we were told to contact Expedia ourselves to resolve the issue and find another place to stay for the night. We ended up calling Expedia five...

「Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war das Frühstück . Man sollte mehr Abwechslung haben. Bei mehreren Tagen, wird es einfach schwer. Man sollte die Wurst Sorten wechseln , auch etwas Obst währe nicht schlecht. Macht euch einfach Gedanken. Wir werden wieder kommen , und vielleicht sehen wir Veränderungen. Auch gehe ich gerne morgens trainieren, das heißt so um 8:00uhr . Ansonsten war der Rest zu unseren Zufriedenheit. 」

「Lovely and very kind staff. Check in earlier, which was very good.
Spa and pool area was overcrowded and not so clean. A lot of children jumping and playing. The facilities were not as expected from a 4 star hotel. Saunas were out of order.
Had very good dinner and drinks and service though. Some areas of the hotel needed repair. 」
