“the garden was lovely but the alligators in the pond really shocked me at the first glance. Can you pls. put some notes besides the pond to notify the guests?”

“Easy check in. Room and hotel in good condition. Close to nearby attractions.”

“The hotel is very nice, on expedia it identified "breakfast included" it needs to identify "continental breakfast included" so details are more transparent.”

“it was a very cold night and the way there is a disused roof door let in the cold. Otherwise everything was very nice. the living room space outside was also nice. The breakfast voucher was nice but didn't cover an average breakfast entree at the place it was for”

“Clean room, friendly staff ”

“This property claims pet friendly. IT IS NOT. Tried to check in and they would not give me a room. Was also charge for a no show. Because of total incompetence by Expedia I missed my nephew's wedding ceremony. In addition the place is a dump. The pictures are phony. I was also charge which I am fighting as I DID SHOW UP AND WAS REFUSED A ROOM. TOTAL FRAUD BY ALL.”

“There were bugs in the bathroom. I killed and flushed them most of the night. I wasn't able to sleep because of this. The ceiling and wall in the bathroom had been spackled and not finished. The furniture set up was not conducive to more than one occupant. The toilet flushed fine and the air conditioning worked well. My husband and I checked out early and cancelled our additional night's stay due to the insects. I would not recommend the Scottish Inn Ronks, PA. ”

“Great location, but cleanliness was just average. The key card hardly ever worked, and the red sofa armrests were so dirty they turned black…”

“We have been staying at this BW for many years as we frequent the area. The hotel is undergoing renovations and we were in a room that was recently completed. While it was clean/spotless, the water pressure in the shower was low and lacking hot water. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms especially noticeable by the shower. The new lamps are stylish yet have little function. The beds had previously been equipped with high intensity reading lamps which looked hastily……
