Room in hot jungle without A/C
Charming room in private home in the hot humid jungle with No Air Conditioning. Couldn't stay here. Never checked in. Forfeited my two-day cancellation penalty and found a different, nicer place with A/C. Couldn't reach help at Hotels.com, so couldn't get any refund. Not reserving with Hotels again.
