The staff consistently went above and beyond—from helping us settle into our room and promptly delivering ice and glasses, to accommodating a late checkout. They also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Shang Palace when the restaurant was fully booked, allowing us to experience its exceptional Cantonese cuisine. Every request was handled quickly, warmly, and professionally. After this experience, I will definitely stay at Shangri-La again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special."
