「Everything is good here. The room is clean, spacious and well planned. The staff is nice and truly helpful. Only one thing and I reckon it’s quite important that… the hair dryer… It’s not an user friendly hair dryer due to its switch… And I kinda got mad every time I used it… Oh! Breakfast is fantastic, not like a feast but you have everything you crave (western, eastern and meals for kids etc.) I am so satisfied with it!」

「Only consider this hotel if budget is your primary consideration. The room has almost zero amenities and toiletries. Beds are hard. And for my room, there was a layer of dust covering the kettle. The location not good either - convenient if you plan to travel by Tram, the hotel is far from Central or Admiralty or MTR stations. The only (?) bright spot is the Starbucks on the ground floor. Overall, no fatal shortcomings, OK if you want to save money, otherwise skip this.」

「The Auberge Hotal is a nice place to stay at and is in a lovely, peaceful location. However, the hotel management doesn't make you feel welcome and are really impolite, unfriendly and apathetic. The junior staff are the opposite and do their best to make you feel welcome, are courteous and empathetic.」

「We stayed in a suite for two weeks, the room is spacious and the bed and pillows are very comfortable and my thanks to those staff who did a good job for tidying up the room everyday. Also, the room given was on high floor which means you could view both the specular Victoria Harbour and the hills, the evening city view from the window is most enjoyable. The location is great, walkable distance to the MTR station and the tram stop is just within 100m away. The property is well built, however...
