"I booked a double room with window, but they gave a single without window. Called and no one reply! The towel and the blanket are dirty and smelly, even the maid took my own towel and I CANNOT find them to get it back, called and messaged and no reply!!! I don’t understand how they operate. Very crazy hotel! "

"态度差，服务差。对待客人的询问也没有一个好的解释。推卸责任。而且还有额外的收费。Our family had a terrible experience in this hostel. Customer service is not exist, arguing with customer. There are extra charges which was disappointing. We could booked another place. It is not refundable, so do your research before booking or best to check the place out before booking. The place is not that clean. We would not go there again."
