We were only there for 2 nights so didn't get to use the amenities but it was clean and quiet. Construction was happening when we were there but did not affect the aesthetic inside.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite. Overall experience at The Jervois was great. Staffs at the front desk were helpful. Location of the hotel is very central, many restaurants and cafes nearby, conveniently located. Only wished the washer and dryer in the unit can be wash and dry in one cycle.
