「Overall, a good stay. The property manager was very responsive, the beds were comfortable and location was very convenient. There were a few things that will guarantee we don’t come back. First, there is no washer/dryer in the unit and it is not stated in the listing, it’s just not listed under amenities. I have never stayed in a VRBO without these. 「Great location. The neighborhood is a lovely area. We had two small pups with us. The bathroom door only stays shut with the hook latch.. no biggie… just older house. Parking is good. Front steps are steep and shallow and could be an issue for older folks or those with mobility issues. We didn’t really use the kitchen other than the fridge and coffee maker. The coffee maker is a drip style and easy to use with very nice design! I might have to get one of those! Quick and easy location...

「This was a great spot for a family weekend visit. The beds were comfy, the home is quiet and conveniently located. The playset in the yard was a big hit with the grandchildren. A great overall find in Chattanooga. It is also dog friendly, our dog loved the spacious backyard. The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this home.」
