“They have problem about the communication with the booking website and also between their employees. In my second day, I wanted to check out then move to another hotel to stay with my friends. but they told me i have already paid in the website, it is not possible to refund the money to me. So i chose to stay within my 3days reservation. In the last day, when i checked out, the other employee charged me again!! He insisted that i have not paid yet!! I spent half hour to explain and prove I have……

“We stayed one night in this hotel, and enjoyed it enormously. We decided to book one of the more expensive rooms, and it did not disappoint, absolutely stunning! We also had a delightful massage and made use of the pools and restaurant. All extremely good. ”

“It seems close to the airport... but you have to take taxi there! The breakfast was too simple, maybe because of christmas day. No shops or restaurants or people around.. The facility in the room is old and no light on the road.”

“This is a very excellent hotel in an ancient building. The location of the hotel is very convenient for travel. I would like to especially thank a lady who is in charge of the front desk reception here. Because I accidentally slipped, she was very kind and busy for me and quickly called an ambulance. I really thank her for her kindness and everything she has done for me. I wish her and this hotel a good future.”

“Super nice stay if you need to be close to the airport! They offer a shuttle which was really convenient as well. Would highly recommend!”

“Nice hotel. Rooms were nice, roomy balcony. Only slight negative was hotel situated a bit far out from the centre. Although there is a bus stop directly outside there were few buses and no indication of a timetable so you cant rely on a bus and taxi's very expensive”

“The host was extremely helpful and very communicative. She is a 5 star host and had some nice snacks and beverages available for us when we arrived. However, the room itself had mold on the shower door and some type of allergen in the bed sheets as my wife got sick after the one night stay. I would stay there again but the place could use better cleaning.”

“The room was clean, but nothing special. The street was very narrow with no place to walk and not convenient to get anyway, thus limiting food choices as well. The host did not provide any information for where to get public transportation or food. We arrived at the hotel at check-in time by taxi, and were stuck the rest of the day and night, with nothing more than a deli and pizzeria on a busy, narrow street with no sidewalk. My sister complained to the host via text messages. The host did try……
