“You simply cannot beat the view from the deck and the staff are super friendly and helpul. Adam is the man with the answers.”

“I stayed here in one of the bungalows, and the entire stay was perfect. Yes, it can get a bit loud at times, but most of the festivities would die down by 11:30 pm. Now, the guys and girls working at Mad Monkey make everything possible. I was really impressed with Thida who really seemed to have my back at every turn. “Room was nice, property is clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Great location in a big beautiful old village converted to a hotel. Laundry services super cheap and super fast. Close to major landmark. The durian circle. And walking distance to food. Dedicated hot water heater in my room. So I didn't have to worry about hot water. Bring earplugs as the locals who stay there are noisy. Scooter rental. It is a beautiful, inexpensive and basic hotel, which I recommend if you are looking for basic accommodations.”

“The pictures don’t do this place justice! The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the food was fantastic, the views were great. It was extremely comfortable and in a great location without the bustling of the city. Instantly felt refreshed walking onto the deck”

“I booked based on description on hotels.com. Obviously nobody there checks anything. Description was not off a little, but a flat out lie. There was no kitchenette in room, no refrigerator, only dresser and bed. There was a small kitchen on site and a stovetop was made available. Location is way out of town with no close shopping or food. I am 75 and found numerous safety hazards including lighting on stair and very slick polished stone landings.”
