Hotel was ok, not terribly dirty, but not very clean. Chose for the jetted tub in the photo. Come to find out there was no jetted tub in the rooms, it was a regular very old tub that wasn’t quite clean looking, so definitely false advertising. I would absolutely not have chosen this hotel otherwise. No hot water because a pipe burst in the city so we couldn’t shower or use the pool. Not hotels fault, but very frustrating after a long travel day.

Booking was never found by front desk. Had to contact Expedia. Expedia had to contact hotel. Reservation was still not found. Had to cancel reservation and get refund with Expedia and rebook with the hotel staff.

Room was clean and affordable for one night. The morning person could have been more attentive to me being there for breakfast. No greeting at all and sat on her phone. I was the only one down in the breakfast area. Be more aware of her surroundings while working alone.

New ownership is not a plus. I have stayed here several times in the past decade and been satisfied each time. Property is not up to past standards. Dining area was not clean. Room was not clean and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or dusted in a looong time. Bedding and towels were clean but coffee maker and microwave were not. Brought issues to staff's attention and they had room cleaned. Unfortunately, cleaning doesn't get rid of bugs and I here were bugs. Cannot recommend.

Air conditioning was good. It was nice looking inside mostly, but too many noticeably unkept things. Outside of the building unkept. Breakfast area was not the cleanest. Mattress was cheap-ish. Service could have been friendlier.

Our first room had mold grown on the night stand; along with old food on the floor with ants crawling on it. It also had a crumpled tissue under the bed. When we let them know staff tried to tell us a new room wasn’t possible. We stated that we had a 2 year old who does not need to be sleeping in a room in that state especially with mold. They then give us a second room only to discover there is blood on the sheets of the bed and toenail clippings on the floor. The lights didn’t work either in that room. The staff again tried to tell us a new room couldn’t be given to us we stated it is unsafe to allow a guest to sleep in a bed with someone else’s blood on the bed. They then took us to a third room and we again find bugs and the lights don’t work the carpet is ripped up and there is more blood on the door frame. We had taken pictures and videos of this as evidence. Also as im bent over the night stand the staff is on FaceTime with an unknown person and flips the camera to show my butt to whoever is on the call with them. My friend caught him and we demanded to speak to a manager. They stated we would have to wait until 12:30 the next day to speak with them due to manager going to other properties first. We stated this is an important issue that needs to be addressed and still told us the manger won’t come to speak with us earlier than that. Staff was very rude and also kept trying to interrupt us as we are extremely tired and frustrated. All taking place between 8:00pm-2:00am
