“Perfect for our girls weekend. Will definitely be back”

“We enjoyed being just blocks from downtown and restaurants, as well as having two bathrooms and separate spaces for relaxation/sleeping/dressing. There are three upstairs bedrooms with four beds and three beds in the common areas on the main floor. There's only so much that can be done to spruce up an old home, but the host has made a good effort. It is mostly clean, but definitely has areas that show deterioration due to age or grime due to traffic. It wasn't so bad that we checked out. I'd say……

“Was worth the amount I was charged. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I had one minor issue but was resolved in a matter of minutes. They were very fast in responding to me. Would definitely recommend and I will be staying any time I go back to Cape Girardeau ”

“The hosts were excellent.”

“Holly was an amazing host. Everything was as described and such a fun place to stay. We had the Little tea house… so very charming. We will definitely be back”

“It was very clean and had a good feel. It was well stocked. I appreciated the cute little ice tray in the freezer that was full. I also appreciated 4 waters in the fridge. The bed on the loft upstairs was atrocious. You can feel the springs through the mattress. The downstairs bed was good. The pillows were fantastic! I’m a pillow snob. “Clean , had everything we needed. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with”

“Only problem was ac they came out right away and fixed it. And lack of towels other than that everything was great”

“ great stay, property landscape nicely manicured, quiet and relaxing inside and outside of the the dwelling.”

“First time staying in the purple house, second time staying at the property. 10/10 recommend”

“It was beautiful!! Yard well maintained!! I enjoyed my morning sitting in the porch. Landlord was incredible!!”

“I took a group of HS girls on a trip and we stayed at this house. The girls had a great time in the pool and hot tub. Plenty of room for all of them to sleep comfortably too. They are ready to go back next year.”

“The property was beautiful. However it was listed on Expedia as having a sofa bed which we required. It did not have a sofa bed. It didn’t even have a sofa, it had a love seat. Pretty hard for someone to sleep on. Also, the bar/nightclub attached will keep you up till closing. Very loud. Check with who rented the room next to you. We had a group shooting an adult film. Loud sexual noises followed by a shower and then repeated numerous times. Started in the evening and went all night until 7am.……

“Beautiful, clean property in the heart of city center. Many options for food and shopping within short walking distance.”

“Super communication! . Accommodating. Nice people”
