Great location and would normally be okay

Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.

He location is too bad but if you have car.

The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue ...

When we have just arrived we found bathroom towels in toilet bowl, literally in it!!!! Terrible smell from toilet. Very hard mattres to sleep. In overall that place is overpriced. Not worth it.
