「The couple who work at the property are amazing people. They clean the rooms very well and they are very helpful. However I’m forced to put one stat due to the behavior of the owner or the one who answers messages here. 3 times I asked them about check out and the cost. And three times they answer the same: book an extra night. Without even asking when I want to check out. It could be 1 hour only? But no.. they are very greedy! Hence why I promised them with one star」
