「It was exellent big room, clean and service was perfektionisti… I recommend」

「Het was niet fijn daar alles is vies kapot of niet aanwezig. Bedwantsen wel aanwezig. Douche te vies om onder te staan. Vloer te vies om overheen te lopen. Dichtbij centrum maar daar mag je door werkzaamheden nu niet lopen. Ligt in een vervallen wijk. Totaal geen vriendelijke personeel niet engels sprekend. 1 ster is nog teveel gelukkig heb ik mijn geld terug gekregen. Wc zit in de douche ruimte dus als men gaat douchen kan jij niet naar de toilet. Vaste Oekraïne bewoonster dronken met 3 ...

「Our room was large and very comfortable with excellent air con. It had everything you needed. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient. It was an excellent location next to everything. The bar was a nice environment for drinks. The price was extremely good value for money. I can't think how it could be improved other than a shower cubicle rather than a shower over a bath but that is personal choice.」

「Staff at the front desk were really helpful. The room was small but perfectly comfortable and had great amenities, including soft lighting (not just big overhead lights), soap, shampoo etc, a functioning kitchenette, tea and coffee, and a comfy bed. Bonus that the TV also connected to YouTube, Netflix etc. Easy to get to from the train station and a short walk to the main square. Was really happy with the whole experience of staying here and would stay here again.」

「It is the best and the only 5 stars hotel in katowice city. Staff were very helpful. Only take 3 minutes to Mariacka street and 5 minutes to train station by walking. Their facilities are perfect, even has heated floor in bathroom. Would recommend to stay here if you have enough budget.」
