Very friendly woman at the desk, the dining area is very cozy with a nice fireplace, the shower water is nice and hot, the rooms stay a good temperature even with the heater off

There was no hot water in the sink in the bathroom, the shower made a terrible noise, pillows were too small for the king sized bed, but also ALL of the windows were FILTHY! Looking like they had not been washed in really LONG time. But not to mention that we were in originally placed in a room directly next to someone that was playing obnoxiously loud music but that was also clearly living at the hotel. But not to mention that this person was also obviously on drugs. NOT someplace that would even CONSIDER to bring a family.

Very friendly staff, nice, clean accommodations. Rooms that face the main highway may be a bit noisy, but tolerable. The staff was immediately willing to change my room to a rear facing room. Alltogether a very good experience. 👍

This is a very rundown property. Walked in and greeted by woman with no shoes and stained shirt. The lobby smelled of personal food being cooked. It permeated the place when we were brought to our room it smelled of smoke and was not clean. We walked back to the lobby and told them we would not be staying there. We were offered a room inside, but by this point, we were disgusted and chose to leave. We did not get our money back.

When I reserved the reservation I reserved a king size bed. When I went the room the floor was so sticky my shoes were sticking to the floor. They moved us to a different room with a smaller bed not the king bed I requested. In the floors in that room were just as bad and the toilet wasn't clean properly. So I used their towels to wash their nasty floor and the toilet. Then they charged me for towels.. I was never notified about any other charges. I called the hotel on August 19th spoke to the lady that answered the phone. She told me it was because I stole towels. And hung up on me. They charged me over $350 for two nights stay. Plus a 50 towel fee. They accused to me of stealing towels. I have proof of pitches of us washing the floor with their towels that I left on the floor in that room when I left. So if anybody would like to rent a room at this place I strongly urge you not to. They might accuse you of stealing as well.
