The natural terrain may be challenging for those with mobility issues, and our suites and lodge have steps leading to decks and upper levels. Guests using mobility assistance devices should consider this when booking. We are happy to discuss any concerns before arrival to ensure the best experience possible.

-As such, guests may encounter natural elements such as changing weather conditions, bugs, and wildlife. While we professionally treat our property for insects and pests, it is possible to encounter ants, bees, flying insects, ladybugs, stink bugs, and other outdoor creatures during your stay. Please note that we do NOT offer refunds due to weather, natural elements, or insect encounters. We encourage guests to come prepared for a true outdoor adventure and enjoy the beauty and unpredictability that nature has to offer.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES:
• There are no refunds for early departures, delayed arrivals, inclement weather, construction, or reduction in the number of nights reserved for any reason. We highly recommend that guests consider Trip cancellation insurance.
