「Perfect little spot close to TTU campus!」

「The home was perfect for our quick overnight stay. We loved the out of town location, it was perfect as we were traveling in a large pickup truck and had a pup with us.」

「House was perfect. Driveway was steeper than I thought, but we went during summer so not a big deal.」

「Was a great stay!」

「The property was well maintained a beautifully kept. Check-in was easy and we had an enjoyable stay.」

「My husband, and my in laws were in town for a family reunion……we almost always go out at night for music and libation…..however…..we stayed in both nights as there was no reason to go anywhere but this beautiful property. We enjoyed just hanging out on the great wrap around porch…..inside, you have 3 distinct living room areas appointed with gorgeous artwork and the creations of our VRBO host Brad. We appreciated each unique piece that you found everywhere your eye went - even the secret room...

「All in all, our stay was very good. A small, rustic cabin, which I loved. The only thing I would like to mention is that there are no clothes closets or dressers. There is a small chest in the bedroom. If planning to cook a lot, make sure you bring spices/seasonings and maybe a casserole or baking dish.Very quiet and peaceful and the view at the end of the road is beautiful Internet works best sitting on the front porch. It is pet friendly.」

「It was perfect. That view!!! It followed you from the bed, the couch, on the swing, on the chairs overlook. 😍 The proximity to town and all the waterfalls was wonderful.」

「Really nice cabin, great settling. The carpet could use a cleaning and the silverware was very limited, but we would still definitely stay there again.」

「cabin need to be better mark with address could not see the number from the street」

「We were looking for a quick quiet place to reset. This did the trick. Very quiet and peaceful. Cabin was clean and had all we needed for a simple weekend away. Host was very responsive. Will be back.」

「Large space.Advertised as having a futon in one of the bedrooms, which is the reason I booked it originally. Futon not there. This was rectified quickly, as they brought over a twin fold up bed. Nice view at the top of the hill. Reimbursed half of what I paid originally for stay, since we moved to another location (Sieverville) since there was way more to do) (I should have paid more attention to the fine print) . More things to do on site would have been very nice. Good to deal with. ...

「The property was perfect for us. Thanks Shannon!」

「The pictures are great, but they don't do it justice. Super vibey! Smelled wonderful. We were only there for a night, but we slept great, and we are already thinking of reasons to come back to Sparta just to stay again. Thankfully, it's near several great Tennessee State Parks, so it's a no-brainer to come in on a Friday, get an early start on Saturday for a day of hiking and sightseeing, then shower and hit the Italian restaurant downstairs or the pub across the street. Only warning: most of...

「If you want a cozy little getaway I would recommend this. It was definitely exactly what I needed. Loved the garage door being able to open and close. It mostly stayed open for us. We wanted a weekend of quiet and relaxation which is exactly what we got. Already planning on coming back for another weekend in the spring. Dog friendly as well.」

「This place is a must stay! It does not get any better. Nature, creeks, Stars, quite, good AC, big frig, good water pressure, comfortable, easy tv remote access, good communication from host, 1 hour to all the falls or 2 hours either way(head east or west) to Nashville or Pigeon Forge. Sparta was great town to visit for dinners. We will go back!」
