Great property.

Super close to TTU as I came to watch my daughter play volleyball. Property was very clean and comfortable and adequately equipped. I would stay again!

Very quiet, all amenities were there. Only issue was bathroom sink was plugged. I had to take the plug apart and clean the drain. Also the cable didn't work, it was ok i used roku, but you will have to see that the cable is connected.

Quiet, very clean and had everything you need for cooking and coffee. Stayed for 6 days and very much enjoyed it. The only problem with Apartment A, not enough counter space. Don't know what B, C, or D is like, but we have stayed in E before and did have a little more space. We did enjoy it very much though

Week long stay

The apparrment was very clean. There was nothing wrong with it but I would recommend putting some hooks up in the bathroom and hallway to hang towels and jackets. It's a little tight for two people but fine if you aren't spending much time there. I would also suggest putting a small ottoman in the living room to put your feet up while watching TV.

Clean studio type apartment

Not appealing on the outside but we were pleasantly surprised that it was clean on the inside. We thought it was a house and was a little disappointed that there was no where to have people sit outside to visit. There were bushes on each side of the entrance that were full of two different kinds of bees. I would suggest something to put your feet up by the couch. Foot stools would do the trick. We would stay again

Has just what you need

I stayed here for a week, and upon first glance, everything looked to be in order. It has just enough space for what you need and is well furnished and stocked. The second day I was there, I realized while doing yoga that the carpets were covered in dog hair (that was not from my dogs). I contacted the host and they sent the housekeeper over to vacuum, however the vacuum still did not pick up a majority of the hair. The host refunded my cleaning fee and pet fee, so I am grateful for the host's understanding. I did advise them to use a different vacuum for future guests so this would not be an issue, so I do hope that proves to be the case. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay here and it worked perfectly for my needs.

The place is a very cute cozy place my only thing I would change would be to take the smoke detector out the kitchen the place is to small everytime we cooked it went off
