We came up here to spend a couple days with them. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment in Cookeville . We are both in our mid fifties and we really enjoyed Cookeville area . We went to see waterfalls yesterday that were beautiful. We love the mountains and we prefer the mountains over the beach any day. We will……

“Very quiet, all amenities were there. Only issue was bathroom sink was plugged. I had to take the plug apart and clean the drain. Also the cable didn't work, it was ok i used roku, but you will have to see that the cable is connected. ”

“This place is a little out of the way but the views are worth the drive. The owners were great! We arrived after dark but the studio was lit up, they left us wine chilled and were very responsive with any questions we had. The linens were fantastic and the space perfect for quick fall getaway!”

“The photos on the listing don’t do this place justice. It is far nicer and updated than I expected especially for the price. Check in was a breeze, and the unit was exceptionally clean inside. There are a couple other units attached but you can’t tell, and everybody minds their business. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the unit was perfect for me.”

“We had a wonderful stay here! Cute and homey apartment in a friendly community. The pool area was a great place to relax after hiking and swimming at Cummins Falls (which was only 15 minutes away!). We brought our dog and took advantage of the little dog trail that goes around the apartment community. We would definitely stay here again!”

“An awesome eclectic "cabin"! Had some storms roll thru and the power went off a few times but it was not a big deal. The hostesses (Rachel and Stephanie) were great and quick to respond when we had a question or needed anything. It was a great place to stay in order to access all the parks with waterfalls around that area! We would definitely go back and stay there again.”

“Nice cozy cabin nestled in the woods, quiet, peaceful but close to everything. Nicely decorated and stocked with everything you would need. Host even left us some snacks n the cutest carton of farm fresh eggs which we had for breakfast. Would definitely stay again!”
