We loved our stay at Kim's place! The place was spacious and very clean. And the setting was so peaceful and serene, yet close to town and the amenities that we wanted. And the communication with the host was great, all inquiries were answered promptly. Added bonus was that we could bring our dog with us on vacation. If we come to the area again in the future we definitely want to stay at Kim's place again.

I have used VRBO exclusively for many years as they again provided us a wonderful option. As a last minute find we were excited to learn this clean and spacious property was available. Although it was 15 minutes from downtown, it was in a peaceful, quiet area in the midst of farmland. Always nice to have multiple bathrooms. If we ever need a place for more than my wife and I, would love to stay again

Excellent stay!

This was a great property and we really enjoyed our stay. The property owner was very responsive and quickly replied to all of our questions. It was quite spacious, comfortable and quiet . It worked very well for us as we were traveling with our dog. Overall a great stay, and we would stay there again.

Kim's Place is awesome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at kim's place. Towels were plentiful. VERY CLEAN. Very quiet and easy to get to even though it has a secluded feel. This is definitely going on our favs list for future visits to Cookeville, TN area...THANKS!

Family Birthday Trip

We drove to Cookeville for a family birthday party. 5 of us were very comfortable at the property which was very secluded and quiet. Check in was smooth and the owner responded immediately to our inquiries.

Relaxing and peaceful !

We only stayed for one night, but wish we could have stayed for more. The home was super clean and my two granddaughters had so much fun! The yard was so spacious and well- kept. We go to Cookeville every few months to visit other family and will definitely try to book again.

My family of 4 plus the dog had a wonderful time at your property. The dog loved the HUGE yard for frisbee time. The kids especially loved the chalk board wall! The house was spotless and everything was comfy. We had a great night, thanks!

Clean cozy

The home was very cozy and clean owner easy to communicate with. Baking sheet or pizza pan would of been nice maybe extra blanket. Location had easy access to several state parks would choose this home again

Great house in a great neighborhood.

Well maintained, clean home in a great neighborhood. Our two-night stay was very comfortable. The layout of the house was great. The home had everything we needed. The property manager’s or owner’s response to questions was almost immediate. Would highly recommend staying here.

Comfy & Cozy

My husband and I stayed at this home for a short stay. The home is easy to find, very welcoming, and nicely decorated. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The home is very clean and the bed (master bedroom) is very comfortable. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful Stay in Cookeville

What a fantastic house. Everything was perfect and the host was responsive and helpful when needed. We were late to checking out (sorry!) but the host was very kind in reminding us. Please don't hesitate to stay here!

Nice house, very clean, has all the basics covered. Stayed for a nearby wedding. Shelia is super helpful and accommodating. Liked the open country setting except for hearing numerous rifle shots late one night.

Nice place!

My husband visited recently and we checked in on Christmas day! The hosts had put a huge, beautiful tree up and the home was very nice, spacious, and clean. Nice beds and bathrooms. I had to ask a question for the host and she responded to fast. I will be staying here again and recommend it to anyone! I thank the host for such a nice stay!

Clean and spacious

This was a great stop for our group. The two bathrooms made it super easy to share, and there was a living room between the living spaces for some additional privacy. The host was super responsive very easy to work with. And everything was as planned and promised. I highly recommend this clean home. You won’t be disappointed

9/10 Nice, quiet location. Everything you need

I'll start by ticking the boxes everyone wants to hear. This is a great location, about 15 minutes from town and well worth the stay! The host was VERY quick to respond and very helpful!Everything you need for a nice stay is provided.The kitchen is VERY well stocked, the beds are decently comfortable, AC is COLD when desired, internet is provided, and all the tv's have ROKU's on them for your streaming pleasure in your downtime.The main bathroom has a HUGE shower and a plethora of towels and whatnot are provided.oh! and the closet in the main bedroom? I think it's larger than my first apartment.Ok, now the deet's.The furnishings are primarily a large sectional couch, a coffee table (well stocked with board games!) a 4 seat dining room table and a desk/chair. The living room is HUGE which makes the furniture feel sparse.I did have a couple of things that I thought were odd, and let me preface this with none of these are show stoppers. TBH, they're not even con's, just quirks that struck me as odd. NONE of the sinks or tubs have stoppers, not even the kitchen sinks. I don't know if they've had problems with people flooding the place in the past or what, but it just struck me as odd. The other is that all the heater/AC vents are in odd places. They all work great, it's just odd to walk across the bedroom in the dark and step on a vent in the middle of the floor. We will definitely be adding this to our list of places to stay again when we're in the area!
