Just minutes from world class skiing areas (Breckenridge, Vail, Copper, Keystone, A Basin and more) and hiking trails, this just-updated mountain condo with fully equipped kitchen, room for six, and access to a clubhouse with hot tubs and pool is the perfect setting for an epic time. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, thrills or inspiration, you'll find it here.
The space
Nestled above the Blue River Valley, enjoy expansive mountain views and easy access to skiing, wilderness, and the charming towns of Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge.

Enjoy all the conveniences of home, including living and dining areas, plus a fully equipped kitchen and balcony with mountain views. The condo sleeps up to six, with one master bedroom and one guest room (both with Queen Beds) and a sleeper sofa. The living room comes equipped with a smart television (Roku, Netflix, Hulu etc. available with subscription) and cable. Other amenities include complimentary WiFi access in the unit (provided by the condo complex) and free parking. Enjoy easy, out-the-door access to Summit County's free public transit system and the Salt Lick trail system.

Indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and game room in complex’s clubhouse

Guest access
Self-check-in with the smart lock to the condo. We have complimentary parking on site for up to two cars. The fitness center, pool and hot tubs are located two minutes away at a common recreational space available only to guests.
Other things to note
Our cleaning service has implemented enhanced cleaning protocols in light of the situation with COVID-19. These include using appropriate protective gear while in the unit, wellness checks for employees, and use of commercially recommended disinfecting products to proactively disinfect all touchable surfaces.

WiFi is provided by the condo association and bandwidth is set across the condo complex. We don’t recommend relying on the WiFi for video calls.

Great location. Clubhouse a perk for kids!

Easy to spread out in this 2 bed/2 bath condo. Nice views. Kitchen has a crockpot! We cooked every meal there. Kids enjoyed pool. Adults enjoyed hottub. Arcade and ping-pong kept them most entertained!
