What a house!

Beautiful house and convenient location. We had a great stay with a full set of kiddos (9-15); everything was clean, fully stocked and we all created some great memories. Kids were fully entertained inside and outside (sledding)…. Definitely recommend

Perfect!

The house, location, and amenities were just perfect! We appreciated prompt communication from the property manager and have no complaints about our stay. Every detail was thought out from the well equipped kitchen to Q-tips in the restrooms. Five stars!

Silverthorn Property

The property is amazing! True to the listing. Management company responsive, friendly and easy to deal with. We had 11 adults - plenty of space for everyone. Lovely views and layout. Beds were incredible comfortable.

Great modern house with wonderful amenities

We stayed with a group of friends and loved the modern vibe of the house. It was clean and spacious. We skied Keystone, which was an easy 15-minute drive. We especially loved the hot tubs at the Lakehouse where we were able to order in pizza and watch the NCAA basketball tournament on the big screen TVs. Beautiful views.

Fabulous home

This home was everything it said to be and more. We loved sitting out on the porch taking in the most breathtaking views while flipping a switch and enjoying the outdoor fire place. It gets quite cold even in august. There are lots of games and puzzles for family fun as well as tvs in each room. Tre whole place is gorgeous and clean. We would come back here in a heartbeat!!

Excellent property!

We use vacation rentals a lot when we travel because we have a big family. This was the best property that we've ever stayed at! Very clean, great layout of the house and plenty of room for everyone. Many rentals we've stayed at we end up having to make a trip or two to the store to get things we need that the unit doesn't have, but that wasn't the case here. They thought of everything! Beds were very comfortable and multiple pillows to choose from. The location is also great and quick to get to town. The clubhouse was amazing and our kids loved that the outdoor pool and hot tubs are open even in winter. There's also a perfect sledding hill at the park right down the street from the house. If we come back to the area we'll definitely stay here again!

SUCH an amazing house.... but dont expect to use the amenities

This house was amazing, the area is beautiful and the property was beyond perfect. The only issue was there are many owners who live on the property and you are looked down on if you are a "renter". They only allow renters to use the amenities (pool, hot tubs, clubhouse, gym) 2 hours a day...and they make sure those hours are odd ones so you really dont go to them. We were at the pool during our 2 hour time period and my husband had an owner act rudely to him and tell him he is an OWNER not a RENTER... when we were just confused as to how the pool gate opens. We were supposed to have key cards for it and none were left at the house. Its a beautiful place but I wish it were a little friendlier to us renters.

Perfect Mountain Vacation Home

Beautiful home in a great new development. Brand new house with a lot of high end finishes and furnishings. Neighborhood was very nice and a mix of rentals and owner occupied houses. The Aspen house (community clubhouse) was perfect for a family, with kids area downstairs and a space for the adults upstairs. Heated pool and hot tubs felt great after a day skiing. I do wish the Aspen house hours for rental guests were more convenient but I understand the owner residents wanting to preserve those time slots. The area is beautiful. Mountains right outside your window. Short drive to the Dillon reservoir and Keystone Resort. I’ll definitely try to stay here again the next time we visit Summit County.

Stunning, Clean, Amazing

This property could’ve been a vacation in it of itself. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The owners truly leave everything in the house at your disposable, their TVs are logged in to various streaming platforms, there are puzzles/games, and some extra pantry items to help you cook/bake. It was really a lovely stay and you feel right at home. The check in process is simply a keypad entry on the garage. No issues there and it made arriving and leaving extremely simple. We never felt the need to use the amenities at Aspen House, so I can’t speak on those. However, I doubt many will feel the need to leave the property once they step in!

Christmas on Baron Way

Our trip to the mountains for a white Christmas did not disappoint. The house is beautiful and was spacious for our two families to stay. The basement bunk set up was perfect for the kids and the three main bedrooms with attached full bathrooms were perfectly accommodating. We have discussed the idea of returning next year for Christmas.

Great new house

Brand new house, large and spacious, very nice amenities and cookware. This is our second time staying in this neighborhood - both times the houses were really great, the only hiccups have been around contacting staff to gain access to the Aspen Grille and associated amenities.
