Absolutely perfect getaway!

The house is massive and beautifully furnished, making it the ideal spot to relax after a day in the mountains. The location is unbeatable, nestled right in the heart of Colorado’s stunning mountain scenery with hiking trails all around. We loved spending time on the spacious patio with the BBQ and soaking in the big hot tub under the stars. Inside, there’s plenty to keep you entertained with three large TVs and a PS4 console. Plus, everything you need is just a 5-minute drive away – shopping, restaurants, you name it! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience – we’ll definitely be back!

Great family vacation!

We stayed 4 nights with our adult children and their spouses, and it was perfect. We made several meals in the wonderful kitchen, and we loved the hot tub and hanging out around the fire pit. We were able to take some nice hikes and visit surrounding towns. We had a great time and made special family memories!

Silver Lining

The home is new and very comfy. The pool and lake access are fabulous, as well as the views and walking trails. The kitchen is stocked, and we were excited to have our own hot tub. One recommendation would be to add dressers in the main floor bedrooms, because there is nowhere to put clothes, especially in the master with no closet to use. Overall, we loved it!

Pure Bliss

Summit Sky Ranch is out go-to destination in summit county. The homes are large and the amenities are endless. Our family took advantage of the lake house, using the grills and the beach front area for building sand castles. The Aspen House where the pools are located is absolutely perfect for us and our kids. If you enjoy the outdoors and crave luxury amenities this is the place to be. I would say, this specific house could use additional chairs on the patio and even a table and umbrella so outdoor meal can be enjoyed. Overall, we had an amazing time and we can’t wait to go back to Summit Sky Ranch.

Wonderful house but not all amenities listed are available

The house is such an amazing property, plenty of space and room for a family to enjoy. However, it is listed and managed by Vacasa, and they are horrible to deal with and don't maintain the property as well as it should be. The listing states you have access to swim, gym, wine and beer bar as well as the lake house. But you only have access to the lake house even though a FOB for the Aspen house (which is the gym, swim and bar areas) is provided for the other amenities. Vacasa was contacted to assist in getting access to these listed amenities and were not helpful. I would love to stay here again but I will never rent through Vacasa again.
