The cities of Dillon and Silverthorne are less than five miles south of this vacation rental, so it's easy to run to town for groceries, shopping, or a meal. If you're visiting in the winter, you'll have your choice of ski resorts: A-Basin, Loveland, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain are all less than 20 miles away. You can take advantage of the free shuttle that picks up nearby and will take you to these ski resorts or neighboring towns. In the summer, enjoy boating and swimming at Dillon Reservoir, or hike one of the numerous nearby trailheads. Don't forget about the amenities of the rec center!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
