This home is near the Raven golf course and in a more secluded area of Silverthorne. In the winter it's 20 minutes to Keystone Resort, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain or Loveland, 30 minutes to Breckenridge and 40 minutes to Vail. Nearby there is free ice skating at North Pond Park, free tubing/sledding hills at Rainbow or Maryland Creek parks and it's just minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. It is at least a 5-15 minute drive to all activities, restaurants, nightlife, coffee, ski/board rental and shops. It is a quiet neighborhood with nearby forest trails.
In the summer the Raven 18 hole golf course and full service pro shop are just 5 minutes away. It's only 10 minutes to the Silverthorne Pavilion for weddings or the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center for theater, improv comedy, jazz and kids programs. Cyclists can ride out Golden Eagle road and get on the bike path near North Pond Park to connect to the 55 miles of Summit County Rec Path. The Blue River for fly fishing is near to North Pond Park. Fishing lessons are available at Cutthroat Anglers next to the Silverthorne Pavilion and the Blue River Trail. It's about a 15 minute drive to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts June through September and the Dillon Marina has boat, sailboat, kayak and SUP rentals.
